Air Traffic Management

If airports are the heart, air traffic management is the brain of air transportation. Due to the growth in air traffic there is a need for continuous change and improvements. The real challenge is to maintain a high level of safety and at the same time make the process more effective by harmonising the activities within Europe.

Slot Consulting is an active player in air traffic management research and development projects and activities. The references are wide.

  • European Commission research projects
  • EUROCONTROL projects
  • Clean Sky

Within any project the company can build both on operational experts (air traffic controllers, pilots, airport experts) and analysis experts (transport engineers, economists). With this combination there is a real capability to perform studies and validation activities which are close to the operational procedures but which can also fit easily into the framework of larger research programmes.
